The B Corp model interests me.
I worked for some years with Adrian and Dominic Cadbury and although the brothers had very different characters they had true Quaker principles running through their veins. Bournville was a terrific piece of planning that combined housing with employment and continues to this day to be a sought after location to live. Cadburys in the 1970s and 80s offered employees many benefits, such as swimming pool, gym, medical centre, dentist (essential with all that chocolate) I still have the bible they gave me to commemorate my marriage. All has been changed since Kraft took control.

Can we ever have ethics and compassion in business? Or will the least ethical always win?
